Hi everyone,
Well, another Tuesday is here, so it is time for new guest post. Today I am hosing Gejba, a Slovenian beauty blogger. She blogs about all beauty stuff including nails, of course! :) I am so happy she agreed to write something for you guys. And as you will see, she did an amazing job! :) I won't tease you anymore, let's move to her post!
Wow, talented Tara asked me to guest post on her lovely blog?!? Of course I had to say YES! I'm Gejba from Parokeets blog and it is my honor to take you today on a little trip into more quite nail polish waters. I love bold nail polish colors, but my stamping/nail art is rarely something that would catch your eye. Subtlety is more my game.
As February is slowly ending I decided to go with spring manicure. But as we're about to get another load of snow, it is not your usual bright and sparkly manicure. :D For base color I chose Alessandro Pastel Mint (Sunday Rose LE). I simply love this blue-green chameleon and as it is such a refreshing color it was "no brainer" choice.
Gradient manicures are one of my favorites, so I went with 2 other Alessandro nail polishes - green for beginning and gray purple for transition (both from their Advent Calendar so I don't have their names).
I knew I wanted to stamp with white, but not full opaque nail polish as Mundo de Unas so I picked Essie Blanc. Not the easiest nail polish to stamp with, which is why I paired it with MoYou London Pro Collection XL-12 stamping plate.
I could have left it at that, but I've been obsessed lately with Alessandro Gel Look Top coat and on it went (by now you probably already guessed which in one of my top 3 nail polish brands :D ). I showcased my favorite design from the plate I was playing with ... it transfered very nicely even though I used "difficult" nail polish.
Now let's home my mani brings spring into our part of Europe post haste as I am really tired of being cold all the time. :D I wish you all lovely day and Tara, thank you for inviting me to add tiny puzzle piece to your gorgeous blog.
OMG!!!! This is all I can say!!! Seriously! This manicure is sooo my type of manis! And that fresh mint colour is a dream! I think Gejba did an amazing job, so make sure to head over to her blog to see all of her beautiful posts. Thank you once again for being my guest today!
