END OF THE BIG HOLIDAY CHALLENGE

Good morning girls!

As you can see from the topic, the challenge is over! I have seen so many great manicures, that it is really hard to choose only three winners! I am already considering the manis, and checking you with the sponsors, so the winners will be probably announced next week, once I get a feedback from all the six donators.

This is my last post regarding the challenge. I will show you the rest of my manicures I did for it. I must say - I enjoyed the challenge really much, although I was not competing! I missed only one mani - the silver one - but the photo manicure is basically 2 in 1. Yes, I can cheat a bit! :D

Anyway, lets see firstly a collage of all the manis I did for this challenge. They are put together in a chronological order from left to right, from top to bottom!

Which one do you like the most? :) Any favorites? :) My favorites are the food and the toy manicure! :) LOVE THEM TO BITS! But it was really hard to choose only two because I like all of them. However, the photo with the most likes was the candy manicure - I guess because of the color combo, it is adorable, isn't it? :D

Now I will show you the remaining five manicures you haven't seen yet.

Firstly, it is the gold manicure. I did a watermarble with red and gold. I think these colors are perfect together, and I wanted to try out the new marbling decal technique. And it worked awesome with me. I started with one coat of Catrice Brightening Base Coat. Before I even strated my manicure, I did the usual flower watermarble design, but instead of digging my fingers in the water, I let the entire design for about half an hour in the water in order to dry completely. I used China Glaze Passion and Essence Fame Fatale. Once it was dry, I carefully took out the decal from the water, and placed in on a piece of toillette paper, to get rid of the access water, so there won't be any bubbles once you put it on your nails. Then I just cut the big decal in to smaller ones, so they fit my nails, and placed them on the nail, using Essence Sealing Top Coat. I love this way of marbling, because you can place the designes just the way you want to, without any troubles! I finished my manicure with one coat of Poshe. It turned out like this:

Next it was my toy manicure. My favorite toy as a kid was a Winnie The Pooh teddy bear. I loved it really much, so I decided to do a Pooh manicure. I started with OPI I Just Can't Cope-acabana as a base. I made some marbling decals (procedure is described above - I will make a tutorial once I have a bit more time) using various brown Kiko polishes. I decided to put the decals on my pinky and my index nail, and to do a stamping on the ring and middle finger. For stamping I used the QA Pooh plate. I stamped with Mundo de Unas Taupe and Kiko 513, and the bear is stamped with Essence Stamp Me! Black. I finished the manic with one coat of Poshe.

Next up are my candy nails. I wanted to escape from the classic red-white combination, so I did a bordeoux - mint combination! I love it! This picture got more than 350 likes on Instagram, so I guess it was really great, despite the fact that it was a 15 minute manicure. I started with Picture Polish Monroe as a base. I bought this pretty at Nailland Hungary. I stamped three designs from my MoYou Festive 03 plate and the ring finger stamp is from my OB-M Christmas Plate. Stamping polish used is Mundo de Unas Spring Green - I got it at Hypnotic Polish. I finished my mani with one coat of Poshe.

The picture below represent my photo and my silver nails. As I said, I was cheating a bit with this one! :) I was really running out of time, so this is a 2 in 1 manicure. I started with one coat of OPI Alpine Snow. After that I did a gradient, using the same OPI polish and Zoya Laney. When it was dry, I stamped some trees from Bundle Monster BM-407 plate. For stamping I used Mundo de Unas Chocolate - this one is from Hypnotic Polish as well. I added some dots with the beloved Picture Polish Monroe. I finished the mani with a coat of Poshe.

And finally my New Year manicure. It is a quite simple mani, but it turned out perfect. Comination of gray and pastel pink is so my kind of combo. The base is Kiko 326 and China Glaze Spring In My Step (ring). I used different winter sweater designs from my MoYou Festive 04 Plate and stamped them with Mundo de Unas Dark Gray and Pastel Pink. I felt like I must do a sweater mani for the last day of the year! I finish the mani with one coat of Poshe.

That is it! :) I am very happy the challenge was so popular, and I had fun doing it each day. Will probably do another one in March, for my birthday. I love challenges so much!

Thank you once again for reading and stay tuned for more nail stuff soon! :)
