KNOCKOUT LACQUER - THE HOLO COLLECTION SWATCHES

//Provided For Honest Review//
Hey hey,

It is swatches time again! :) While I am preparing something amazing for you next month (yap - an IG big holiday challenge + giveaway with some awesome prizes donated by Pahlish, ILNP, Doctor Lacquer, Literary Lacquers, CMYK non-toxic nail polish and Daphine Polishe) I really didn't have time to post these swatches before. I have just realized how much work does editing pictures require. I guess even more than the swatching itself! :)

Anyway, today I have some great Knockout Lacquer swatches. Ashley sent me her Holo Collection - an 8 piece collection of scattered holographic nail polishes. Some are more holo than the others, but are very nice colors, and I like them a lot, even though the holo effect is less strong. The formula of these pretties is great, perfect for applying - every single one. The opacity is different though, so check the description of each polish separately!

To make a long story short - let's see the swatches! :) Hohoo!

Virtually Identical (V.I.) - is a silver nail polish packed with scattered holographic sparkle. If you ask me, it dries to slightly textured finished which I like a lot. I needed two careful thick coats to reach full opacity.

South Paw - is a sherbet like pastel orange scattered holographic nail polish. This one has a bit less strong holo effect, but come on... That color is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! it was opaque in three thin coats.

It's All Over - is a cherry red scattered holographic nail polish. This one is very holo! That sparkle just makes you blind! It was opaque in three thin coats.

Dirty Boxing - well, I got lost with this one. On the official page it says it is ruby red nail polish, but I see this one totally as a fuchsia pink nail polish with scattered holographic sparkle. The color is lovely, and the sparkle is also terrific. It was opaque in three thin coats.

Gogoplata - is a pastel lavender purple nail polish with some subtle scattered holo sparkle. The holo effect of this baby is stronger in person, so in this case I don't think photos do justice. But that pastel purple color is awesome and I think it is unique in my stash - no paste scattered holo so far I think! ;) It was opaque in three thin coats.

Kimura - is  a shimmery pastel turquoise nail polish packed with some great scattered holo glitter. Although the holo effect is not that strong, this is my favorite from this collection (I know, I am crazy about blue nail polishes). I used three coats to build it to full opacity.

Heel Hook - is a blue scattered holographic nail polish. This one was pretty sheer, so I would definitely recommend using it as one layer over another blue color. I used four coats here, and you can still see my nail line. But the holo is probably the strongest in this one. You see that sparkle? I don't, because it makes me blind! :)

Gracie Pride - is a black scattered holo nail polish. Ok, this one has the strongest holo, but usually all the black holo polishes have a very strong holo effect. Here you can really see that rainbow of glitters. Love it! :) This is two careful thick coats.

What do you think of these pretties? :) They are interesting because of the colors - not so usual ones. I think the holo effect is in them makes every single one a bit special. The blues and the silver will be perfect polishes for the upcoming winter season. I have some more Knockouts to show you, so stay tuned.
