GLITZKRIEG WAR PAINT - JOYEUX NOEL COLLECTION SWATCHES

//Provided For Honest Review//
Good afternoon out there!

Ready to see another Christmas/Holiday Collection? :) This time I have the so called Joyeux Noel Collection from Glitzkrieg War Paint. Emily (the creator of these polishes) sent me a brand new thing to take a look at it and make some swatches! :D The Joyeux Noel Collection consists of 3 sets of 2 polishes - a color polish and a clear glitter topper. The colors are typical for the season - white, green and red! There are some bigger glitters and some different unusual shapes which is great! :)

Now, let's take a look!

1. North Pole Set

Arctic Snow - is a pearly white nail polish! This is the best white pearl nail polish I have been working with so far. The formula is amazing - most of the white pearls get thick really fast, but this one doesn't. The application was ok, although you can see some brush strokes, still better then the usual white pearl polishes. This is three thin coats.

Santa's Workshop - is a white glitter topper with iridescent flakes and candy canes in a clear base. Now, this one looks perfect, but it was a bit harder to work with, due to the big candy cane glitter. I love the iridescent flakes in it, so thumbs up for this one. This one is two coats over Arctic Snow.

2. O Tannenbaum Set

Scotch Pine - is a pine green nail polish with pink/purple shimmer. Great color with even greater shimmer. My favorite from the collection definitely. There are also some brush strokes visible if you are not careful with the applying, but otherwise a very good formula. It was opaque in three coats.

Tree Trimmin's - is a glitter topper comprised of green bar glitter, various size multicolored holographic circles and multicolored stars. It reminds very much of a Christmas Tree, and looks perfect over Scotch Pine. Definitely a must have polish for Christmas. A bit difficult to get the right amount of bigger glitters, but once they are out, it looks great. This is one coat over Scotch Pine.

3. Country Christmas Set

Holly Berries - is a metallic berry red nail polish with some pink shimmer. Wow. That is only I can say. Really a Christmasy nail polish! Awesome formula and no problems with the application. I used three thin coats to reach the full opacity.

Grandma's Garland - is a glitter topper packed with multicolored and iridescent glitters in a clear base. Worn over Holly Berries shows a perfect picture of Christmas, since all the Christmas colors are present. It could be worn on its own with four coats, but I prefer wearing it over a colored base. And red is just great. No problems with the application. I used two coats over Holly Berries.

Interesting combination of color and glitter I think. My favorite set is O Tannenbaum, I love Christmas Trees - colorful Christmas Trees to be honest! :)

These polishes/sets are available only in sets in Ella Ann Cosmetics online shop for $14/set - don't miss them!
