NAIL ART: MOYOU LONDON BOOKWORM CONTEST

Hello ladies,

Today I decided to show you my entries for the MoYou London Bookworm Contest that is ending today. It was a bit harder than usually, since there were nine topics for only seven days, but I am really glad I made it to the end! It was really difficult to get all the ideas, but together with my boyfriend's sister (thanks Katja!), I managed to put our ideas on nails. I was looking for some different ideas, because I didn't want my nail art to be similar to any other (besides Drakula and Jungle Book), so I was mostly trying to recreate book covers or at least get an idea from the book cover.  For most of the manicures I was using a tone of different polishes combined with stamping, dotting, free hand etc. I will mention only the stamping plates and stamping polishes, because you can always find a similar colour of nail polish, it doesn't have to be the same. However, if you want to know which ones I have used, feel free to ask. All the gradients were done using my fan brush technique. Ok, let's move to the manis!

I was really enjoying this contest, and I was specially happy about the Frankenstein and The Count of Monte Cristo manicures, because I did some freehand after a looong time! And I still know how it works! I think I might try some more freehanding soon! :)
