Good evening girls,
As promised yesterday, I have some Pet'la Plates stamping to show you today. :) I was preparing this blog post for two days now, but didn't have the chance to finish it, because my son woke up just before that. Anyway, you can find all the information about these pretty plates on my blog already - check part 1. What I am showing you today are just some great manicures I did for my Instagram nail art challenge for days 12, 15 and 16. Topics were:
12. FOOD
15. DARK
16. FIREWORKS
Let's start at the beginning. :) When talking about food in this time of year, my first asociation are cookies. Gingerbread cookies. And thanks to Pet'la stamping plates Ho Ho Ho and Mistletoe, I managed to transfer my idea on my nails! :) For the base I used Kiko 370 + on the ring finger I layered over it a coat of China Glaze Champagne Kisses. I used three different designs from the plates mentioned above for stamping. Stamping polish used for this manicure is Mundo de Unas Taupe. I added to it some dots with China Glaze Kalahari Kiss, and finished my manicure with one coat of Poshe. This is the final result and I am very pleased with it:
The prompt for day 15 was dark. I didn't have any good idea, until I saw a manicure from Debbie - @ladyandthe_stamp.
I decided to do a dark version of this one. So I started with one two coats of my beloved OPI Alcatraz...Rocks textured nail polish. I was thinking about stamping right on it, but then I wasn't sure what it will look like, and since I don't have a plenty of time, I applied a coat of Poshe and waited a minute-two, and then started with the stamping. Firstly, I stamped the reindeer from my OB-M Christmas plate. The snowflakes are from Pet'la Mistletoe plate (middle finger and index) and from Flake No More (pinky). The snowflakes are stamped with Mundo de Unas Mexican Pink and the reindeer is Stargazer Chrome. I added some Mexican Pink dots to the reindeer and finished my manicure with one coat of Poshe. It turned out like this:
And the last manicure shows some fireworks for day 16 of my nail art challenge. I started my manicure with one coat of Zoya Claudine and applied one coat of Poshe. I waited for the base to dry. I stamped four different designs from my Pet'la Plate Fireworks with different China Glaze polishes from the Romantique collection. I really like that these plates give a great choice how to combine more designs for one single manicure. I sponged over the stamping some China Glaze Fairy Dust and finished the mani with another coat of Poshe. Here it is:
I am truly in love with these plates! :) They give you totally free hands, and you can do with them whatever you like. The deepness of the designs is perfect and very useful to the beginners. I hope to see some new stuff from Pet'la Plates soon, because these are done with a lot of effort and love.
You can purchase these plates at Pet'la Plate online shop for 8.00€.
Love you guys a lot! <3
