DAY 5 OF THE BIG HOLIDAY NAIL ART CHALLENGE - STARS

Morning girls,

Well, I have some good news! :) My data from the PC survived the crash, so I am happy to announce that there will be some swatches on the blog in the evening. I was so happy to hear, that the disc of my computer is ok, so I copied the photos immediately to an external disc - now, I don't mind if it crashes again! :) Maybe, I became a bit smarter now!

It is time to post my manicure for day 5 of the BIG HOLIDAY NAIL ART CHALLENGE, that is hold on Instagram (check my profile for more info - @thebeautyofnailpolish). Yesterdays theme was - STARS. I was planing to do some galaxy nails, but as I realized I have quite some polishes to swatch, I kept it simple - just a base color with some stamping. :)

Here is the mani (firstly without the stamping, so you can see the wonderful base), and below you will find the list of items used and a short description of the process.

Polishes used for the manicure above:

China Glaze - Passion
China Glaze - Ruby Pumps
OPI - All I Want For Christmas is OPI
F.U.N Lacquer - Million Dollar Dream (H)
Konad - Red
Poshe top coat

Stamping plate used: DRK-A

I started with the OPI - All I Want For Christmas is OPI as a base on my ring finger (yes - because I am trying to extend the life of my favorite China Glaze polish ;)). I applied than one coat of China Glaze - Ruby Pumps over it. On the rest of the fingers, I started with China Glaze - Passion, and the applied over it two coats of F.U.N Lacquer - Million Dollar Dream (H). I applied one coat of Poshe over it. When it dried, I stamped the star design from my DRK-A plate. I used China Glaze - Passion for the stamping on the ring fingers, and Konad - Red for the stamping to the rest of the nails. I finished my manicure with another coat of Poshe,

So, that's it! Pretty simple and fast, and the look is awesome. I am very happy with this mani. What do you think? :) Do you like it? :)

Thanks for reading and stay tuned for more nail art swatches soon! <3
