CMYK NON-TOXIC NAIL POLISH SWATCHES

//Provided For Honest Review//
Darlings,

Today I have a special post for you. Special in sense of the nail polishes I have reviewed for you these days. :) Yes, I am talking about a totally new brand for me and out there - CMYK non-toxic nail polish. It is a brand that is created and manufactured by Killen Studios Inc., a family owned and operated business in Providence, Rhode Island (USA).

CMYK is made up of three basic ingredients: an Acrylic Copolymer, Pigments and Water. Yes, these polishes are water-based and because of that dries quickly. It is 100% non-toxic, but it is not all natural. However, CMYK is eco friendly, so you do not have to worry if you accidently break a bottle on the ground. :)

I have got 6 polishes from Daniele, and I love them. The application is really easy, full opacity reached in 1-2 coats. I had some brush stroke issues with the two polishes that have a frosty/metallic finish, but I have not heard so far of a metallic polish with a super easy application without brush strokes.

Ok, lets see those pretties now! :)

White Dove - is a cream white nail polish. Awesome application and it was opaque in two coats.

Direct artificial light

Batty Black - is a metallic black nail polish. it has a frosty finish, so it was a bit harder to apply it without getting any brush strokes. It was opaque in one coat, but I added another one, just to even out a bit the strokes.

Lime Green - is a cream lime green neon nail polish! It is very bright as you can see. And I love bright colors. The application was smooth and opaque in two coats.

Amped Up Red - is a bright red cream nail polish. Amazing color and even better application. It was opaque in one single coat.

Fairy Princess Pink - is a metallic pink nail polish. I love that finish. I have to try this one as a stamping polish, I think it should work great. Again, a bit of brushstrokes but it was opaque in two coats.

Bubble Gum Kisses - is a jelly pink glitter nail polish with some silver/blue sparkles. I applied it over White Dove, because I don´t really see this one wearing on its own. I like those glitters in it, but prefer the previous pink one! :) This is two coats over white base.

Well, my favorites are Amped Up Red and Fairy Princess Pink - love the bright red color  and the frosty finish of the pink. These beauties are available in kits or as singles for a very reasonable price, considering that these are non-toxic polishes (remember the price of Zoya polishes :)). Tell me which ones are your favorites!? :) And don´t forget, there is a special discount code available through my blog - use BEAUTY40 to get 40% off for your order until the December 6, 2014. You can find it as well on the top on the left hand side of my blog. :)
