RED ROSES STAMPING NAIL ART

Hello everyone,

Today is the fourth day of my Instagram Challenge, and today's theme is RED. I am really sad I can not enter on my own, but I am still making some challenge related manicures :) That's why I decided to do some red mani today.

As I own quite a few red polishes, it was difficult to choose so I chose two: OPI Magazine Cover Mouse and OPI First Date At Golden Gate. Then I was in doubt what to do for an accent... Is it better a nude or a white nail polish? And then I chose white - Kleancolor Metallic White. I painted my middle finger with OPI Magazine Cover Mouse, which is actually a textured polish - officially - Liquid Sand. The rest of my nails where painted with OPI First Date At Golden Gate. I used two coats of OPIs and three coats of Kleancolor Metallic White for the pictures below.

Do you see those tiny pink glitters on my middle finger? I love them so much that I almost decided to leave my mani 'naked'. But it wouldn't be me if I hadn't decided to stamp something on it. And because when I think of red the first thing that crosses my mind are roses, I stamped some roses on it. The design is from MoYou Mother Nature Stamping Plate 13. The accent is a home made stamping decal (see how to do it here) - the leaves are painted with China Glaze Cha Cha Cha and the roses with OPI Magazine Cover Mouse. For the extra shiny finish I added one coat of Poshe top coat in the end.

So what do you think? Isn't my interpretation of red nice? :) I am very happy with this mani and I hope I will have something as nice for you tomorrow as well.

Till then <3

    1. Thank you so much darling! I am really glad you like my work. I am not very into textured polishes, but these OPIs are great because they are really shining when top coat added.
