The formula is good, I used it over OPI Can't find my Czechbook, because otherwise I would have to use 6-7 coats. Yes, that's what jellies are for... :) Making some of your existing polishes even more beautiful. :) All together, I am using three coats in the pictures, one OPI coat, and two coats of China Glaze Keepin' It Teal :)
